You can also buy different types of nuts and dried fruit to make a magnificent trail mix at home for yourself and the family.
If it’s been a while since you last had applesauce, then you should be sure to go ahead and try it. Kids everywhere love applesauce because of it’s pleasing, gentle texture and sweet taste. You can try making some at home and put it into a small container that your kids can easily take with them to a friend’s house if they need a snack at some point.
Cheese and Seed Crackers
A lot of the crackers that can be found at the store tend to have very little fiber in them. In other words, they’re generally useless to someone who is trying to live a healthier life. Those pure flour crackers can become sludge that gets stuck in your teeth and gums. Try some seed crackers or whole grain crackers instead.
