Yardi Says Multifamily Flat in February
According to the latest Yardi Matrix Multifamily Report, the average U.S. multifamily rents were $1,702 in February, the same as January’s figure. Yardi says year-over-year growth continued its downward slide, and is now 4.8% nationally, down 70 basis points from the previous month and the lowest level in nearly two years.
