Layered Chocolate Banana Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
Chocolate Layer
- 3 Halves Frozen Banana
- 1/4 Cup Protein Powder Chocolate Flavor
- 1 Tbs Cocoa Powder
- 1/3 Cup Greek Yogurt Vanilla Flavor
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk Vanilla Flavor
- 1 Pinch Salt
Banana Layer
- 3 Halves Frozen Banana
- 1/4 Cup Protein Powder Vanilla Flavor
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 Cup Greek Yogurt Vanilla Flavor
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk Vanilla Flavor
- Greek Yogurt Vanilla Flavor (1/3 cup)
- Unsweetened Almond Milk Vanilla Flavor (1/2 cup)
Instructions
Chocolate Layer
- Put all the ingredients into a blender that is of high speed.
- Mix the ingredients together until they are smooth.
Banana Layer
- Add all the ingredients to a high-power blender.
- Pour half a layer of chocolate smoothie into a glass and on top of it pour half a layer of banana smoothie. You can also do it the other way around!
- Turn on the blender and blend together for 1 minute ¬or until smooth.
